“Three drafts of the itinerary before we paid anything, and every change was answered the same day. The guide in Chiang Mai was worth the whole trip.”

The trip is the review. We just publish it.
“Travelled with a 7 and a 10 year old. Boat timings changed twice and they still met us at the pier with cold water and a smile.”
“One person in Bangkok from the first email to the last transfer. She had actually stayed in the hotel she recommended.”
“No hidden extras. The price we agreed in November was the price we paid, entrance fees and all. Rare enough to mention.”
“We asked for two nights with nothing planned. They understood immediately, which most agencies do not.”
“The elephant sanctuary they chose was small, quiet and clearly about the animals. That alone was worth booking direct.”
“Tell me the two things you’d be sad to miss. Everything else I can build around them.”

All questionsA 7–10 day private tour for two, with 4-star hotels, a guide, driver and private vehicle, typically runs $1,150–$1,800 per person. Luxury villas and internal flights push that higher; low season or a shorter itinerary brings it down. Every quote itemises hotels, transport, guiding and entrance fees.
Yes, usually 12–25%, because there is no platform commission. The bigger difference is that your itinerary is written by the company that runs it, so changes are possible without a chain of emails.
20% to confirm, balance 30 days before arrival. No deposit at all to receive an itinerary and a price.
Free changes up to 45 days before arrival. Cancellation terms vary by hotel and season and are written on every quote rather than buried in the terms.
Always. Every itinerary on this site is a starting point. Swap hotels, add a day, change the coast, remove a temple — we re-cost it as many times as you need before you commit.
Most are private: your own guide, driver and vehicle. We run a small number of set-departure group trips capped at 12 travellers, mostly in the north and on the Andaman coast.
