What we collect
We collect the information you send us through the enquiry form: name, email, travel dates, party size and any notes about the trip. If you book, we also collect passport details where airlines and hotels require them.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, build your itinerary, make bookings and keep you informed before and during your trip. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising retargeting.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers needed to deliver your trip: hotels, airlines, guides and insurers. We do not share your details with third-party marketers.
Your rights
Write to [email protected] to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. We keep booking records for seven years as required by Thai accounting law.
