Contract

Your contract is with JoyoTour Thailand Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand, TAT licence 11/05432. The contract begins when we confirm your booking in writing and receive the deposit.

Prices

Prices are quoted in US dollars and include the services listed on your itinerary. They exclude international flights, travel insurance, visas, drinks and personal spending unless stated.

Changes by us

If a supplier becomes unavailable we will offer an equivalent or better alternative. If that is not possible, we will refund the difference.

Liability

We are liable for the services we provide directly. For third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, boat operators) our liability is limited to the amount recoverable from them under Thai law.

Force majeure

Weather, marine warnings, national park closures, civil unrest, epidemics and government restrictions are outside our control. Where they occur we will re-plan the affected days at no additional cost in guiding or transport, and refund any supplier element we can recover.

Complaints

Raise anything with your guide or specialist while you are travelling — it is almost always fixable on the spot. If it is not resolved, write to [email protected] within 30 days of return and we will respond in writing within 14 days, including what we are prepared to refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law and any dispute falls to the courts of Bangkok. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country of residence.
