Bangkok's two main stadiums run several nights a week; the atmosphere at Rajadamnern is louder and the betting is part of the show. Tourist-tier tickets are fine — the ring is visible from everywhere.
For something more hands-on, a two-hour beginner session at a camp is a good morning and does not require any fitness. We can also arrange tickets with a guide who can explain the rituals and the odds.
